Shreveport Gas Prices Are Dropping Slowly; Also In Texarkana [POLL]

Shreveport-Bossier was looking at near record high gasoline prices last month.  But now, according to AAA, gas prices have made a subtle slide down to a current average of $3.50 per gallon.
